SLIMpire is derived from Pilates and helps with enhancing athletic performance, injury prevention, building stamina, and healthy posture. Pair this with Ballet  to become versatile, healthy, and pain free!

A note from owner Macy Koppa

I trained for many years to become a professional Ballet dancer, and I knew it was time to expand beyond performing. I wanted to produce a  program for Athletes in cross training, supplemental training for skilled dancers, and connect those whose circumstance may not enable local dance training. So, I decided to create a virtual dance studio that can connect to a global audience! 

I have been very fortunate to make connections with dancers around the world, and I want Mpire of Dance to reach any aspiring dancer- despite location, finances, or dance experience. Here's to creating a global Mpire of Dance.
